Venue hire

If you would like to hire the House for a private function we have a number of ways we can help you. So if you would like to hire one or more of our historic rooms we’ll do all we can to accommodate you. The House is Grade One Listed so we do have some restrictions about what can happen inside and while we wont be able to host some events we do encourage you to get in touch so we can discuss what might be possible.

We have three meeting rooms available for hire seven days a week. These rooms are all located on the second floor of Boston Manor House and are fully accessible by lift.

Meeting Room One – Can hold up to 30 people cabaret style and 50 theatre style.

Meeting Room Two – Can hold up to 25 people cabaret style and 50 Theatre Style.

Meeting Room Three – Can Hold up to 12 people boardroom style.

Meeting rooms can be booked for half days from 09:00-12:30 or 13:30-1700 and for full days from 09:00 – 17:00. Rooms are available to book individually, in pairs or we can all be booked together providing you with exclusive use of the second floor of the House

Drinks, breakfast and lunch can be provided by our catering partners Cooks and Partners.

Boston Manor House is available for filming and photography across our historic rooms and the exterior of the House.

Rates vary and depend on the nature of the filming or photography and site visits can be arranged by contacting John Collins on john.collins@hounslow.gov.uk.

Ceremonies – Boston Manor House is currently working towards a wedding licence. We will update this page and our social media once we have full details of our offer but if you would like to be contacted directly once our offer is in place and diary open please email bostonmanorhouse@hounslow.gov.uk. 

Photography – We do offer wedding and engagement photography a for a fee. There are two options here:

Option One – For a couple only, 2 photographers or videographers, including a car shot at the front of the house.

Option Two – For a couple plus wedding party of up to 10, 2 photographers or videographers, including a car shot at the front of house.

Both options are available for two hours ending by 12:00 or 17:00 to 19:00 Tuesday to Sunday for £250 and £400 respectively. Contact us at bostonmanorhouse@hounslow.gov.uk for more information and to book. Please note all photography must be booked in advance to avoid being turned away on the day.
