Boston Manor Park
Boston Manor Park is the largest green open space in Brentford with 34 acres of historic park, woodland, lake and meadow and is the setting for the fantastic Grade I listed Boston Manor House. The beautiful grounds gently slope down to the nearby River Brent, from which Brentford gets its name and the Grand Union Canal.
The parkland includes a large historic ornamental pond, fine old cedar and oak trees, woodlands and meadows, children’s play areas (playground, zip line and climbing frames), fitness machines and sports areas (table tennis, boules court and two half basketball courts). Recent additions to the park include a wildflower meadow, the restoration of the walled garden, a new Park Hub building with café, and accessible path networks with historical, nature and wildlife interpretation signage. The Park team (Park Manager Vanessa Hampton, and Education Officer Natasha Gavin) work closely with the Boston Manor House team to run events and workshops accessible to all in the park and House.
You can view the latest events newsletter for Boston Manor Park here. Scroll down the newsletter to find all the park’s events and volunteering activities, and links to download and explore the park’s different trails (nature, wellbeing, audio, Strava and orienteering).
