Date: Tuesday 5th November 2024
Time: 1-4pm, free drop-in event
Location: Garden Pavilion, Chiswick House & Gardens
Are you interested in developing skills, meeting like-minded people or supporting your local community? 14 West London cultural organisations have partnered to deliver an autumn edition of the West London Volunteer Fair on Tuesday 5th November 2024 at Chiswick House & Gardens. This is a great way to connect with local organisations and learn more about opportunities near you.
We recognise that people volunteer for a variety of reasons and we offer opportunities to match these. Whether you are a student seeking to develop skills, a worker looking for one-off opportunities, a parent/carer hoping to connect with your community or a retiree wanting to stay active, there are volunteering opportunities in West London for you. Come and find out what West London has to offer!
Representatives from the following organisations will be available on the day to share their opportunities and answer any questions you may have:
Boston Manor House & Hogarth’s House
Historic Royal Palaces (Kew Palace)
London Museum of Water & Steam
London Transport Museum (Acton Depot)
We will be doing a Takeover Day on Instagram, when our volunteers will be answering any questions you may have. Keep your eyes peeled for the date!
The full programme for the Fair will be available to view and download from here closer to the Fair, and paper copies will be available from the welcome desk on Tuesday 5th November.
